To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carnivallinefzell and its affiliates exclude all liability for loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the use of our services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. We act as an agent for third-party suppliers and are not the operators of the cruise or transport services unless explicitly stated.
